You are subject to the following terms and conditions when you choose to purchase our product. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide by these.
PRIVACY
Personal Details – Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Bask Life.
SECURITY
Bask Life does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website.
PRICING
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST (unless stated for overseas deliveries). Bask Life reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
PRODUCTION TIME FRAME
Found-a-Fin Limited Edition Prints
Found-a-Fin Limited Edition prints are printed to order. That means, you buy it – we make it. Everything is made right here in Australia. You should expect your Limited edition print to be delivered in no more than 10 working days.
Original Artworks
Original artworks are ready to ship, delivery times are dependent on the delivery address and size of the piece.
If you require your artwork by a specific date please contact us, we will do our best to get it to you when you need it.

Price includes custom packaging to protect the print.
Free postage Australia-wide. For overseas quotes please email us.
Original Artworks by Morgs
Free delivery to Geelong, the Surfcoast and Bellarine. Free delivery to agreed locations in west and inner Melbourne.
A quote for shipping is required for all other locations. Please email us if you need further information on shipping costs for original artwork.
In the unlikely event of damage we ask that the customer photograph the packaging and artwork as soon as it is received.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Bask Life is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
REFUNDS and RETURNS
All online artwork sales are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted.
FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES
Bask Life products are hand-produced using the highest quality products. Any slight markings or variations are intentional. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us.
Please Note: If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
